Shipping Policy
How we calculate shipping, delivery timeframes, and what to expect.
Wholesale accounts always receive free shipping on every order.
Retail orders ship free when the order subtotal is $200 or more. Orders below $200 are charged at the rates below.
We use USPS flat-rate boxes. The box size is determined by the number of vials in your order:

Each vial weighs approximately 2.5 oz packed (glass + oil + padding). If your order requires multiple boxes, the charge is the sum of each box's rate.
Orders are processed within 1–3 days before they move. Your tracking number is received within that time frame and appears in your account, with links that connect directly to the carrier's website.
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. No branding, product names, or logos appear on the outside of any package. The return address is generic.
